Hello friend, welcome to KU!

We are a group of people in Lawrence who have been helping international friends for many years. We meet regularly to help practice English, make friends, understand the culture and discuss the bigger questions of life.

We provide a home away from home experience for international friends by offering home-based and community-based events. We welcome you to go through college and graduate school life with us here in Lawrence!

PROGRAMS AND EVENTS

International Friends hosts several cultural, academic, and spiritual programs for students and volunteers to learn about American and international cultures, practice English, make new friends, and ask questions about life and spirituality! We hope you'll join some of our programs this year.
